General Practice Consumer Health Promotion Program
In collaboration with local participating practices the Rockingham Kwinana Division of General provides information, fact sheets, resources and support to target the local community with monthly health promotion themes that raise awareness around significant chronic disease and healthy lifestyle interventions that affect the health outcomes of Western Australians.
Materials and resources are sourced from national and state based government and non- government organisations and distributed on a monthly basis to practices for use on notice boards and other areas where the general public have an opportunity to access information and support.
