  • Have you tried quitting before and had no success?
  • Or would you just like to talk to someone about staying stopped?
  • We can offer advice and support to give you the skills and confidence to kick the habit for good.

About the Program

  • The program is FREE and includes goal setting, tips on how you can kick the habit and information about Nicotine Replacement Therapy and staying stopped.
  • You will have up to 3 months of telephone and one-to-one support during the program.
  • We also provide you with a Health Assessment and referral to other services for ongoing support.
  • We keep your GP informed of your progress while you are in the program.
